All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of all Aisha The Label garments, all sales are final.

Each piece is designed and produced specifically for the individual client, based on their measurements, design selections, and approved specifications. As a result, garments cannot be resold or reassigned once production has begun.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Approved cases will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
