At Aisha The Label, all garments are custom-made through a structured design and production process. Shipping timelines begin only after your garment has been completed.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Each garment requires a minimum of 6 weeks for production from the date your deposit is received.

Once your garment is completed, it will be prepared for shipment and dispatched.

Shipping timeframes apply after production is complete, not at the time of payment or inquiry.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers:

  • UPS — United States deliveries
  • DHL Express — International deliveries

Shipping carrier selection is based on destination and reliability.

Processing & Dispatch

Once your garment has completed production:

  • It will undergo final inspection
  • It will be carefully packaged for shipment
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • International: 4–9 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the garment price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, Aisha The Label is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs clearance
  • weather or unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of confirmation.

Aisha The Label is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the client.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo or video evidence

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue accordingly
