These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aisha The Label website and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Aisha The Label

Aisha The Label is a U.S.-based custom design studio. Every garment is made to order through a consultation-led process. Each piece is designed individually and produced for one client.

2. Custom Design Process

All garments are created through the following sequence:

  • Inquiry submission
  • Consultation (required)
  • Design development
  • Pricing confirmation
  • Deposit payment
  • Production

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee service. Consultations are required before any design work begins.

3. Consultation

A consultation is required for all clients before any custom work begins. A $150 consultation fee is due at the time of booking. Consultations are scheduled following inquiry review.

4. Pricing

Pricing is confirmed after the consultation and design development process. Final pricing depends on design complexity, fabric selection, and level of craftsmanship required. Estimates are not provided before consultation.

5. Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and begin production. Production does not begin until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery. All payments are processed in USD.

We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover).

6. Production Timeline

Each garment requires a minimum of 6 weeks from the date the deposit is received. More complex designs may require additional time. Rush orders are not available under any circumstances.

7. Revisions

Each custom design includes up to 2 revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions are not included and availability may be limited depending on the stage of production.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations before the consultation may be requested. Consultation fees are non-refundable once completed. Once a deposit is made and production begins, the order is considered final.

9. Shipping

We ship worldwide. UPS is used for all U.S. deliveries. DHL Express is used for international orders. Shipping timelines begin after production is complete. Tracking information is provided once your garment has been dispatched.

10. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of each garment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Approved cases will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, product designs, and materials are the exclusive property of Aisha The Label. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Analytics and Third-Party Tools

We use tools including Google Analytics, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads to improve user experience and marketing performance.

13. Limitation of Liability

Aisha The Label is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including delays, shipping issues, or production timelines.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

16. SMS and Mobile Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive automated messages including updates and reminders. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared for third-party marketing purposes.
